cae2745fq0 Whirlpool commercial washer doesn’t spin. Replaced main board and shifter actuator, checked wire harness which is good. Checked through the test mode does everything except spin

I know you replaced the shift actuator. But have you verified the tachometer?  You also replaced the control board. Did you perform a calibration afterwards? Hows your capacitor and motor?

I verified capacity of capacitor it was proper. I assume maybe it’s faulty motor relay, also somewhere I have read that it can be drive block problem. And when I checked error codes there was an error referred to drive motor problem I guess f8 e5.

Error was F7 E5. Unit was trying to spin and after few seconds it fails, Lid lock light starts flashing

f8e5 - hot/ cold hoses reversed

f7e5 - shifter error 

easy check for loose drive block just remove to agitator.

If it agitates ok and you can see the agitator changing directions then I’m inclined to think it’s the drive block as well. Had two this week with failed capacitors and the agitator wouldn’t reverse direction.
