Monday I have to go on a call with this issue. I will be the 4th company going to this customer house by any chance you find the solution to this issue? The previous company threw parts at it from what she told me.

If I remember correctly, the ice maker motor sounded like it was stripped in test mode so I replaced the ice maker assy and didn't have a callback. If you search the site though for that model number there's quite a few threads on the issue.
