No tech sheet at the appliance--not too surprisingly...

Much appreciated!

To be clear, a "troubleshooting guide" has been posted for this and similar models but I need the actual tech sheet to put it in test mode.

Much appreciated Captain. However, I went back out yesterday and wasnt able to get it into test mode following the tech sheet. Everything seemed to line up in the instructions, just wouldnt respond no matter how many different combos or ways I tried.

At this point, Im not sure what else could be casusing this besides the defrost heater as a new ADC board and defrost thermister has been installed. but I thought Id check on here before. The problem is the evap is frosting up and on the outer cover as well. when I was there I checked the element and it was around 35 ohms which is in range... Altho my meter wasnt reading constant continuity--although with ohms that high I think Ive run into that before.

Only other part I can think of besides the ADC would be what the diagram calls the "user interface board". Normally I wouldnt expect a UI but this looks more like a control with a couple of relays. Part # W11039790- Picture attached.  Any thoughts?

@ameritech You will get more response if you post over on the Appliance Repair Tech Forum along with that tech sheet!
