I followed one of your video and tested the AC output to the inverter and it was 120 V. I tested the continuity of the compressor and it was measuring 7 ohm. However, when I tested the other modulated voltage of the inverter to the compressor, it was reading 11.3 V instead of the usual 4-6 volts DC. I verified the control voltage to the inverter from the motherboard when tested the J15 connector and it was also 11.3 volts. Does the inverter board need to be replaced or the motherboard is not working and it needs to be replaced.  I am puzzled and don't know what to do !
