Kitchenaid Stove will not light Model KGRS505XSS04

This stove will not light. All igniters click and spark. It is not the lockout feature. I checked. I also cleaned the burner orifices with a toothpic. None of the 5 burners will light. Not with a lighter either. The gas is turned on. Not sure about this. Any advice appreciated.

What have you checked regarding the LOCKOUT feature?  That is the only thing that all the surface burners have in common.   If the surface cooktop lockout solenoid is bad, then even if the feature is turning on/off at the control then the solenoid would not be opening to allow gas to the surface burners.

Hmm, did not think of that. I have looked. Any idea what the lockout solenoid is called so I can get a part number? This sounds right. None of the burners would light with a match. No gas. Oven works fine.

@AWSHandy In the parts break down Manifold Parts Section - Ref #3 kind of in the center of the picture.

Your biggest problem with be getting to it - I'm pretty sure it's under the cooktop which means you have to remove all 5 of the burners to left the top and access - good luck with the screw heads that hold the burner heads on not being rusted out and seized into the aluminum orifice holders.

Maybe if you're lucky the cooktop lockout solenoid will be on the back but I don't think it is.

Part number: W11035583

EDITED TO ADD:  An even bigger problem if this part is bad - It's no longer available, (2 used on Ebay).  You maybe able to source a brass coupling fitting that could eliminate the lockout solenoid.
