Manufacturer: Electrolux
Type of Appliance: Refrigerator
Model Number: FI22/11S
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Customer in Brooklyn has this European refrigerator installed in his house, I am trying to do research online but nothing very helpful. This unit runs on 220 VAC.
Any help is very much appreciated!

Electrolux site has nothing on it for this. I requested a service manual or anything from them! We will have to wait and see on this one! Usually they get back to me at the end of the day! Might be a shot in the dark though!

Thank you so much for the effort. I know it can be a waste of time but I will like to help this customer and he wants us to come out anyway. I am waiting on a response from a friend of mine in EatalyThank you so much for the effort. I know it can be a waste of time but I will like to help this customer and he wants us to come out anyway. I am waiting on a response from a tech friend of mine in Italy. And see if we can get info.

This what I got back from them!   Good morning, that is an international model. Please advise what country it was purchased in and we can try to locate a phone number for you to contact. Thank you!

Italy

Posted (edited)

I just got back from 3 weeks in Europe, and most fridges there, the skinny ones, including Italian Zanussi had cold control. Not sure if you went to see yours yet, but cold control may make it easier to diagnose not having to know codes.

As for looking for manuals, I'd rather contact someone in Britain, where they sell Electrolux models and get the manual in english. Italy is just a country of manufacture, like China. It's an Electrolux.

This is what Electrolux sent me this morning. But it may do you no good as I have a account with them and that’s most likely a toll call.  Good morning, we show the phone number for Italy assistance is 0434 1580088. Thank you!
