Mistral Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer. Have replaced both Thermistors but fan not running. Fan runs when I pull out the yellow one.

Could you include your model number so i can look at the tech sheet and diagnose your unit properly? i need to look at your schematic to see what would be causing the fan to shut off and one when the yellow connector is disconnected.
