Hi everyone

I have an sps53m02gb, bosch slimline dishwasher. A few months ago, the water count sensor broke (the dishwasher would not remove all water) which i replaced. After that, there was a leak due to poor fitting (my bad) and caused the control pcb to fail (the machine would not turn on) probably because of too much water/moisture. I replaced the pcb and it started working again but failed only after a week. Any ideas what caused this? The dishwasher is not powering on anymore and I don't just want to invest more in changing parts without understanding the main issue.

Many thanks

Have your checked your connections for rust or moisture? Also try disconnecting the control panel from the main pcb to see if the main pcb comes but to life.  It might be possible that your Main control board failure affected your control panel during the failure event. So you may need to replace them both. This will require more visual inspection and some multimeter use.

Hmm this is the component I replaced - please see picture attached. I don't I understand what you mean by the main pcb and control panel. I thought they were the same thing? Where can I locate the main pcb assuming what I have in the picture is the control panel?
