Intermittent issue with dishwasher not getting enough water. Timer will count down through entire cycle and dishwasher doesn't clean. If you start it the sound of relays clicking can be heard, but the unit doesn't start to wash. If I supplement with a few quarts of hot water it wills start to wash. I am thinking water valve or maybe door switch. Here is a video of the unit running:
