LG Sidekick drawer won't open Code de3. Cant get model # since it's inside. Matched to WM3770HWA front load washer

Sidekick drawer won't open, error code de3. I found a video that explained how to remove the front panel to push down on the cover handle to open the drawer. In the video, he was able to open the drawer an inch or so to get to the front panel screws. I can barely get .5 inches. Is there a lock to keep the drawer from opening? If so, how would you release it?

I probably have just enough room to get the screws out if I can hold the the drawer open a little bit without putting pressure on the front panel.

Thanks for your help.
