Upper left of home page.Click downloads. Click submit a file. After that window opens Submit a file. Then you see Select and the down arrow.Click that.Appliance Repair Manual Pot Luck Supper appears.Click Continue. Then follow directions on screen.

What is the problem with the refrigerator?

Issue:  ice maker was not producing ice and water leaking.  Found bad FZ door gasket and cracked ice tray.  Ice tray appears it could be a constant issue due to questionable material.  Any clue who makes Thor Kitchen refrigerators tag says made in China.  FYI …Member stated not pleased with unit…Would not replace with same in the future.

Some of the early refrigerators are made by bosch. This one is a bosch HRF3601F is the same as HC - 767.
