Whirlpool Double Wall oven WOD51EC0HS lighting issue.

The two interior lights in the top oven won't turn completely off.

When you turn the light on with the touchpad the lights are bright. When you turn them off with the touchpad they revert to being lit up but more of a "night light" brightness (very dim).

Any ideas?  I checked the settings to see if it did in fact have a dim setting and didn't find it.

Model WOD51EC0HS

Thanks

Those are just plain ole incandescent light bulbs. All I have are dumb questions. Is the oven wired correctly? Any voltage between Neutral to Ground?

Is the K6 relay sticking? I wouldn't think the lights would dim but would stay constant if the relay was stuck. I didn't see any mention of dimming the bulbs.

Do the lights stay on all the time or do the go off after a few minutes?

I'm not sure about being wired correctlu But the lights haven't always done this.

Te dim lights stay on all the time EXCEPT when you turn the light on

One thing I left out is that this only happens with the upper oven.  The lights on the lower one stay off until they are suppose to come on.

Thanks
