Here's the service manual. There's about two dozen service bulletins on this model. Let me know the problem statement and I may be able to find one that applies.

Thank you, @Samurai Appliance Repair Man. The unit is throwing an E9 error code, but both compartments are cooling well per customer. The ice maker is busted and the freezer rail system has a couple connecting cables between them that are broken as well.

E9 is an ice maker error. There's a part change on the ice maker:
