Whirlpool Duet Washer WFW8620WH1 never gets enough water

We have a Whirlpool Duet front-loader washer WFW8620HW1 that we bought in 2019. We had an older model for almost 20 years and it was great. This one is not so great. I just doesn't ever really fill up with water. Hence the clothes never quite get clean. There just isn't enough water to properly soak the clothes. It's not that there's no water but it is not nearly the amount of water the previous version produced. Very frustrating. I either need to solve it or buy another brand. I would appreciate any advice in how to trouble-shoot it.

Thanks :)

Steve

Curious about this idea. See the link below. It’s a long poorly edited video but starting at 3:15, he locates a “water pressure switch” (per Googling the part number shown in the video 🤷🏻‍♂️) that has an adjustment on it, which he turns clockwise most of a turn to increase the level of the water. Found a few other references to such things for other washers. Does the Duet have such a thing if I pop it open? And is this a good idea?

@acmartina No possibility doing this on yours.  Yours is a newer model that uses an electronic pressure transducer not a mechanical water level pressure switch like is described in the video you are looking at.
