GE pss26sgpa ss control panel dead, unit is not running but light is on

Came home to a warm refrigerator that’s not running. Door light comes on but control does not light up. It is a GE PSS26SGPA SS that is about 15 years old. Trying to find out if this is a simple fix or time to find a new refrigerator. Any suggestions? Thank you.

The door light coming on means there is 120 to the refrigerator. No display coming on and not running kinda points to the main board. The board could have some issue with one of the dc loads - fan motors. The easiest thing to check would be to look over the main board capacitors to see if any of the tops are bulged up.
