Whirlpool WRF989SDAE00 ice bucket isn’t cold. Ice maker not making ice. The freezer drawer is at zero.  What am I looking for? Ice maker fan, thermistat, control board?

Need to test thermistor against specs. Determine if fan is running. If not determine if it’s getting proper voltage.
