Manufacturer: Kenmore
Type of Appliance: Washer
Model Number: 110.28032701
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

CLAIM DETAILS: Originally, the washer would complete a normal cycle just fine. However, without any other changes, it started to stop before the spin cycle and give the "oL" error code, which means it's overloaded. This would occur no matter how much or little clothing was in the washer. The delicate cycle would run completely, but at the end as the Minutes Left indicator reached 0, instead of the "Cycle Complete" indicator lighting up, it would also say "oL". Some research suggested the drum might not be able to reach spin speeds, but if I select just the Drain and Spin cycle, the washer will run the full cycle and the Cycle Complete indicator will light up at the end.
