Jenn Air JMC8127DDS Microwave - has power but does not run

Hi!  I have a 16 yr old JMC8127DDS Microwave that isn't working correctly.  There is power to it and the display lights up.  When I try to set it to cook, the timer looks like it's running, but nothing is actually happening inside the microwave.  No lights, no motor, so sound at all.  I checked the thermal fuse with a multimeter and it appears to be good.  What else should I be checking?  I did not see any error codes and I don't see any burned out components inside. I checked all connections - they appear to be fine.   I read something about a line fuse, but I have no idea where to find that or if my model even has one.  Could it be door switches or something with the mother board?  Any advice would be appreciated.

Correction:  I checked the line fuse and it is working.  It's the thermal fuse I'm unable to find.  Also, I checked the door switches and they seem to be okay.

I would probably try changing the switches since they fail often and could cause the issue your having. If that doesn’t fix it only thing left would be the control board not turning the relays on.
