GE dishwasher model GDF620HGJ6BB stopped working

My daughter’s dishwasher which is about 4 years old just stopped working out of the blue. She ran it at night and it worked fine but the next day the control panel wouldn’t light up to turn it on. It’s as if its not getting any power. We checked the circuit breakers and they are all on plus all the outlets and other appliances are working fine. Any suggestions you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Verify power to control by observing green led on board. Is it on? Is it flashing? If so how many flashes?
