read this. 

toggled the breaker and seems to be OK.

Fan is running.

I have cleaned the fan on the top of the oven before, about 10 years ago.
Should I plan on doing that again and replacing the sail switch?

Anything else that needs cleaning?
Where is the sail switch in a single wall oven?  Bottom left?
