Kenmore-LG Dryer 796.81382410 won't spin - just hums loudly

Hello!

The Kenmore (LG) Dryer model 796.81382410 will not spin. When you turn it on to go, it just hums loudly ...

 

before I remove panels to see what's doing inside - any ideas? 

Broken belt or seized motor?

Could be bad motor, but could be some stuck in blower wheel. You are going to have to get eyeballs on it.
