LG LMX30995ST No cooling, no error, no bad compressor test

I got this LG fridge from a guy that said he had been having trouble with it icing up in the refrigerator compartment so I took it on hoping that meant the compressor was okay.  The model number is LMX30995ST and it does have one of their lovely linear compressors in it (FLA075LANA).  Best I can tell, this model wasn't included in their big recall.

So I tested the compressor and got 8.3 ohms between two pins and nothing between the others.  Also nothing when testing between the copper tubing and the pins. When the fridge is running, is seems to be vibrating slightly/slight humming maybe though its difficult to tell, it may be vibration transfer from other components.  Its definitely not switching "on" like it should.

I ran the test button on the board and got no blink code or display error and when I ran the smart diagnostics with the app it says everything is running normally and there are no problems.

I have tested virtually everything inside the fridge and freezer and I tested the compressor start relay.  The only thing that seemed off was I would sometimes get an OL reading from the freezer's evap fan though not always?  Could very well have been user error in my part. If that fan were really bad wouldn't it throw an error?  Plus, i'm fairly certain i saw it spinning at one point during one of my tests so im not convinced thats really a problem. When I first started on this thing, I was getting an ice fan error which went away when I replaced the ice fan but it didn't fix the overall cooling issue.

I'll list some of the ohm values I've gotten.  I'm a DIYer so errors on my part are a very distinct possibility so I can certainly recheck anything that seems way off. I couldn't find very consistent and specific info on how many ohms these different components should have so I don't know if these values are way off or not.

I know 9/10 times on these French door LGs, its the compressor that fails, but I was just holding out hope maybe its something else since I'm not getting any definitive test telling me the compressor is bad.  Any advice would be much appreciated!

Freezer ice fan: 186.6ohms

Freezer thermostat/thermistor: 3.22ohms @ 67°F

Freezer defrost thermostat: 13.06ohms @67°F

Freezer Evap Fan: inconsistent ohms or OL

Freezer ice fan defrost heater 3.21ohms @ 67°F

Refrigerator evap fan 142.2ohms

Refrigerator thermistor/thermostat in back panel 12.98 ohms @67°F

Refrigerator defrost thermostat 13.30ohms @67°F

Refrigerator thermistor/thermostat at overhead light 12.78ohms @67°F

Compressor start relay 00.5ohms

Thank you!  I apologize in advance for any stupid errors, I'm still (very slowly) learning.
