I've not found anything for this one yet -- anyone else?

What's wrong with it? I've worked on a number of them.

One of the back burners won't light and the other one does not burn very well.  Customer said he cleaned an orifice.   They want to make sure it's safe to run, etc.   I'm scheduled to go out Monday to look at it but couldn't find much of any information.  It's about 45 min. away, so wanted to go in prepared.

The "lighting" part is pretty standard. The burners use a spark igniter to light and a thermocouple to kill the gas if the burner goes out.

If it's ticking but not lighting, check the usual suspects (dirty ignitor, sparking to the wrong place, clogged hole in burner that should be pointing at the spark, etc.)

If it's not ticking, check the ignitor switch and the spark module.

If it sparks and lights but won't stay on when you let go of the knob, make sure the flame is on the tip of the thermocouple. If the flame is OK, it's probably going to need a thermocouple

The "doesn't burn well" burner is probably just dirty.  It's possible that it's warped or damaged but I haven't seen that yet.

"Cleaned an orifice" makes me suspicious. I'd be bringing along some different gauges of thin wire to poke through the orifice in case he clogged it. You can actually get an orifice cleaner kit with different size wires on Amazon, but I've never actually needed one. For the larger orifices the needle probe from my meter works nicely. For the smaller sizes, a few strands of twisted wire works.
