Hi Y'all

Hoping for some help here, really need some literature, just ran this call on Thursday, drilled the Cust., they report noticing a sudden change in preheat performance several months ago, I benchmarked the oven through preheat (will probably post in the Tech Repair Forum as well) and found no faults, preheated normally to BAKE 400 in ~20 min. We're no longer Viking-authorized, can't get lit through normal channels.

I cut the model number back to "RVS*" and found nothing in the downloads section.

Thanks @Son of Samurai, I appreciate you checking. I ended up calling Viking (even though we're not Mfg Auth'd, did some human engineering, and got him to email it to me, uploaded pending approval (can I download it yet, lol)
