Thanks, but still no details on removing control console, which I have to do to get the old top off.  I'm doing the job tomorrow and will report back.

You need to remove the 3 screws on the bottom of the control console, then it should lift forward/up, then unplug everything. Be careful of the wires going to the display.

Once the controls are gone, there are two screws in front and 3 in back and the top should lift off.

Most of the other functional parts are behind the back panel.

Thanks!  I found that out yesterday when I did the job.  I actually had more trouble with the trims, gasket, and sheet metal in the back.  Getting that conglomeration back on properly was more of a challenge.  In any case, the job is completed even without a service guide. I should be happy, since I got to charge for a few minutes of overtime.
