I have looked every where for this model number except for pulling it out. Anyway just moved into this home that has a kenmore rangle with gas cooktop and electric convection oven. It seems like it takes forever to preheat. I timed it tonight and it takes 15min to get to 400 degrees. This is the first oven I have seen that only has one element.  The temp was jumping all over the place and I have replaced temp rheostat / knob and temp probe inside oven.  Any suggestions? The element works or not right?

Think the bake element is hidden in most of the ranges. Here are the two common location for model info:

Try looking for the tag on the lower trim first.

another place to look, open the oven door and look up at the under side of the bull nose of the top.. Also,  remove the  piece of trim below the oven door..These are some of the places I would also look after the two places listed by Vance R..

I know this is an older post but I found this post while looking to find info on how to access the control switches.  This picture seems to be the exact oven I saw today and the Model # sticker was on that bottom trim piece on the right.  I had to remove the door to see it.  The temperature jumps around when I tap on the control switch shaft so I've ordered a temperature control switch (Part # 318601500) which evidently is a best seller for this model.  It has lasted 15 years though.  When I go back to replace the switch I'm assuming the removal of the screws under the control panel will allow the panel to come off?  It's not an oven I've seen before and I'm hoping I don't have to pull it out since it's a heavier oven and nice hardwood floors.  Any experience / help will be appreciated!

Remove those screws then pull off the knobs and remove the square 1 head screws on the bezels behind the knobs that have the rectangular inserts. Shouldn't and don't remove the screws for the oven thermostat until you lift up and pull the bull nose manifold down. It's got tracks to test it on.

I've only worked on one of these about 4 years ago that had the temp control reostats that where causing the ERR code and temp jumping around.

I wasn't able to get the bull nose to come off after taking all those screws out so I sprayed electrical contact cleaner into both reostats down the shafts after removing the knobs and turned them back and forth and it fixed the problem without replacing the reostats.

I've never heard back from them so assume the fix held.
