Beko Fridge Keeps Feezing

Hello!
I have a Beko CA5411FFW2 fridge freezer. Just recently the fridge is getting so cold it is freezing everything. I have replaced the thermostat/dial circuit board that is in the fridge but this hasn’t helped. 

Can anyone advise what other parts might cause this issue?
