Customer says ovens not maintaining temperature would like to have manual to access service mode at time of service.

Check that model number again.

I guess I left out a 3. But went to call and bad bake element 318601604 and part is nla.

You're still missing a number! Models number 790.49533314 Uses this tech sheet!
