I have a LG stove that we've had for 12 years and my wife loves it. It has gone through 3or 4 oven ignitors in that time. A week ago the oven quit though the broiler still worked . I thought it was the igniter so replaced it(had 2 new ones for spares).I thought maybe the new one was bad so put in my other new one. Didn't help and a day later my broiler quit also. It was always throwing a F11 code. Phoned our local appliance repair shop and explained it to them and they said your oven control board is shot and LG doesn't make them anymore so your out of luck. Really! Is there any place I can find one. It's part number EBR73811702LG. Or does anyone know if it could be different problem?

For What It's worth, F11 means "not heating" , not "bad board"

Check for 120 volts at the ignitor when the oven is on. If you have 120 volts and the ignitor isn't glowing, it's bad.

If you don't have 120 volts, check the wiring all the way back to the relay board. It's possible something is damaged or not fully connected.

Good point @Terry Carmen Also if the ignitor isn't getting 120Vac there's a good chance it's not the main center control board but the relay board that is one of the three boards on the control module housing, each of these three boards on the center mounted control housing is a separate part, (Power Board, CPU/Display Board, Relay Board).

It sounds like you need to do further trouble shooting before ordering expensive non-returnable parts.
