Requesting Tech Sheet for GE Model GFE28GMKBES

Neither FF Fan or Frzr Fan not working.

I have DC voltages of 12vdc, 5vdc & 5vdc to both fans per another GE Tech Sheet but cant confirm that both fans (very coincidental) are bad without proper specs for the specific model I am working on.
