when I try self clean, after I turned on it turned off with in a minute. I tried divider switch to tuned on and off, but when it is on off position it start on at least for one minute, but when it is on position, it is not even stare on.

Cooling fan isn’t running. You need to determine if fan is bad, fan power supply is bad or wiring harness is bad. 
 

You’ll need to test for voltage.
