Dacor wall oven won't reach set point

Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes

Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Replaced temperature probe as it was open.

In bake cycle I can see the radiant bake element begin to glow, then it cycles. It cycles every minute or so which will never heat the cavity.

Broil element is good.

Replaced the main control with no change.

Anyone have an idea?
