Need tech sheet or preferably a service manual the describes the operation of the water level pressure switch.

This one doesn't use the standard float switch that has problems, (It uses a Analog to Digital pressure transducer like on newer washers).

No water fill - maybe a bad valve but need to be prepared to check pressure transducer if valve is OK.
