GE GDT655SSJ2SS Dishwasher dead - no lights at user interface...

Hi, hoping to get some help here. My GE Dishwasher (GDT655SSJ2SS) about 7-10 years old (not sure) is completely dead as far user lights, etc.. nothing brings them on. Research on this has led me to check AC 110 Voltage, which is present, 14 Volts DC on the Main Control Board, (checked near where harness leads up to User Interface Board), which is present. Assuming that DC voltage is present I changed User Interface Board but to no avail, still dead... Main control panel board has a Steady Green LED Light ON.

Any Suggestions? some have said that if the DC voltage is present then it leads to a bad UI Board which made sense since I had no Lights whatsoever and it was getting voltage...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

Take that back different tech sheet.

communication lost between UI and main control.

Verify CSM not tripped. Change board and harness.

Thanks for replying, that's why I changed the UI Board, however the Spec Sheet folded up in the unit says the following...

"Flashing rapidly (4xper second) OR Steady On = Software error. Replace Main Board"

I ordered new Main Board, will update soon, How do you Reset CSM if it's tripped?

Tells you on that same folder sheet.

But generally there’s another problem that caused CSM to trip. Like shorted heating element, or something.

SOLVED... (update), new main board did nothing, turns out I had a bad "new" UI Board...

After installing another New UI Board, everything is working. (with old Main Board)

Thanks for all of your help.
