Frigidaire Affinity model #FASE7074LW0: Dryer stops within 10 seconds (air dry) to 4 minutes (sensor dry)

Frigidaire Affinity model #FASE7074LW0

My dryer stops within 3-4 minutes on sensor mode, about 1 minute on time dry, and 6-10 seconds on air dry. Below are the steps I took and observed. I have not done anything to the thermal limitor, thermostat, nor thermal fuse, but doubt that is the cause. Please help!

  • Moisture sensor is not the cause - dryer stops on time dry, air dry, and sensor mode
  • Motor not overheat- I cleaned the motor. Dryer turns on right away when pressing Start after it shuts off.
  • Cleaned lint and vent
  • Not door latch - tightly closed
  • Dryer belt not an issue - the drum turns fine
  • Control board replaced about 10 months ago

Let see what the last error is stored in memory:

READING ERROR CODES
1. Wake the dryer up by pressing any button but “cancel”.
2. Press and hold the “cancel” and “start pause” buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to show the last error
code recorded. The error code will appear in the display as an E followed by two numbers. NOTE: E00 means no failure code experienced.
