Hello everyone ,new member here. I have a samsung Dryer dve45t6005w which was not producing heat after I would run it. I checked Heating element and the cause was blown thermal fuse. So when u attempted to replace the thermal fuse . I damaged the control board. I have attached the video of the damage. Now it won't turn on at all. My question is - is it due to this damage to control board that  it is not turning on?

Here is the video link -

Looks like yes, that whole clip is loose by the soldered connections. It is never loose like that. Not sure how that happened from changing the thermal fuse. but looks like it melted the connection. We all make mistakes sometimes. Good luck!

But I'm sure you double checked the breaker because that likely temporarily blew until you reset, but doesn't look like it will work with that loose connection.

@khush If you hooked some of the wires to the heating element thermal fuses wrong and had a dead short when you tried to turn it on - I could see it blowing out all the solder connection legs on that connector if it has anything to do with main power in or the heater.

Most of the LG and Samsung boards are potted in rubberized material that makes it almost impossible to do any home repairs to them.  If by chance that board isn't in the rubberized potting material in the plastic shell, you can remove the board from the plastic shell case and possible repair that connector if not blown out too bad.

Even if it is potted the board is already bad so it wouldn't hurt to carefully with a Dremmel cutting tool to carefully cut the plastic shell case open under that connector and dig out the rubberized potting material and see if you could get access to the solder pads under that connector to inspect and/or repair.
