GE Monogram Fridge ZIC30GNDAII - Lights & display stay on when door closes

This only happens in the upper (refrigerator) compartment--the lights in the middle and lower sections go out when you close those drawers.

There is no visible switch anywhere, so I can't even figure out how the thing knows when the door is closed.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

I just had this today, I found two things… one the magnet for the reed switch for the door was backwards. This is located on the bottom of the fridge door. I wish I would have taken a picture. I also found the unit in showroom mode but I think that may have been because I cycled power. Customer also reported that the unit wasn’t staying as cold as should’ve. I will know in the morning if this worked.
