My clothes come out of the washer still soaked with water.  I ran the automated test and everything work but when i get to the spin cycle it spins for 1 second and dose it three times, Im not sure if that is the correct thing its supposed to do or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

F421 Fault number, E42 Error Code translate to a F7E6 error for a motor fault.

Since it you probably have the tech sheet just check the motor circuits for opens.
