SPEED QUEEN WASHER AWN43RSN115TW01 STUCK IN AGITATE

I have a newer electronic controled Speed Queen washer that is stuck on agitate. Apon arriving at call it had water in the bottom. Every time I hit start it goes strait into agitate. wont fill, spin or drain, no matter what setting it goes strait into agitate. I can cancel and drain the water and spin the basket when told to they work. I have been unable to get it to fill with any water. I have verifed that the pressure switch hose is not clogged and connections are good. The inlet valve is not getting any voltage. We do not see a lot of speed queens in our area, and the issue I'm running into is there are three components in play. The pressure switch is connected to the UI, but the UI and Valve are controled by the MCU/EC. My question is has anyone delt with this issue before and is how can I figure out which compontent is the one at fault with how they desinged the pressure switch to go through the UI, to the MCU/EC? Any thougths would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was able to talk to another tech who has worked on these units, and was able to reslove the issue by simply putting into drain and spin and letting it run however long it needed until it realized it was empty. The customer was able to immediatly start a load after and it was working properly. All it needed was to be "reset" in diagnostics on drain and spin. To force it into a drain and spin simply hold the start button down (abotu 10 sec) unitl the spin light turns on and release and let it run until it stops. Hope this can help anyoen else.
