I have replaced both the 2 coil water valve and the pressure switch in an attempt to solve the machine overfilling. I have checked the rubber line which connects the tub to the pressure switch but find no cuts or apparent leaks, in desperation I wrapped the lower section of aforementioned hose with "conformal" or " bonding " tape but, alas the problem remains.

H missing from the model number? if it is mah3000 check the end of the hose inside the drum being blocked.

Remove a baffle and look at the hose inlet.

Can I buy you a case of Diet Pepsi?

My next step was to remove the drum, never imagining that the removing the baffel would provide access to the outlet for the air dome hose, as it turns out, this machine has a 3/4 or 1" id elbow molded into the outlet hose which dives down into the sump, I had blown the hose out from the switch side with compressed air without success and this time I used the shop vac on the sump end to attempt to clear an obstruction. In the end, I found to physical evidence of such an obstruction and it may be that the elbow was in some way displaced in the sump resulting in a restriction, this will have to remain a mystery but regardless, after manipulating the elbow section out of the sump and into the tub to vacuum it and then replacing it, everything seems to be operating correctly!

Thank you, thank you thank you!

May try flushing the pressure tube with water from the pressure switch end. Use a squeeze bottle filled with water.
