I need a parts list for this model please. The model number tag has no digits after the model number, but looking online for this model shows either an 0000, 01 or 02. I don't really understand Samsung's numbering system.      Thanks,  James

Ok, will attempt to get info from customer, hopefully a picture of the tag. They're older and not computer literate and live out in Bum Fu**** Egypt. They need refrigerator door shelves.
