Glenn Brooks Posted February 24, 2023 Author Posted February 24, 2023 (edited) Yes, I realize there are a couple digits following what I have. This was provided by the customer, and I'm just trying to determine what her error code means and possibly preorder a part. There are only two possible "suffixes" for this model, and it's going to have the same tech sheet. If you have it, please just give it up. Edited February 24, 2023 by Glenn Brooks
Team Samurai Son of Samurai Posted February 25, 2023 Team Samurai Posted February 25, 2023 If I search using the number you provided on the Bosch site, it pulls up nothing. And if I search using that number on Google, the only result is this very topic. So this isn't just a matter of an incomplete model number. It would seem that there's an error in the number as you (or the customer) provided it. If you provide the correct number, I can help you out.
Glenn Brooks Posted February 27, 2023 Author Posted February 27, 2023 (edited) Good morning. The reason it doesn't pull up on Bosch is that it is a Thermador. This is a screen shot of the two possibilities on Thermador's parts site. Another Technician has attempted this repair, and I'm worried the tech sheet will be missing when I get there. PLEASE HELP Edited February 27, 2023 by Glenn Brooks

Thermador is owned by Bosch, hence they have the same servicer site. 2 hours ago, Glenn Brooks said: As you can see on the screenshot you sent, there was a typo in the model number you provided. This is why I asked you to confirm that your model number is correct, and this is why I wasn't able to pull up any info. Please pay closer attention in the future -- it will help us help you faster. Your model uses these docs:
Glenn Brooks Posted February 27, 2023 Author Posted February 27, 2023 (edited) Yes, I did concede that there was an error in the model number. Thank you for finally coming through with the information. Consider me chastised. Neither of these documents contain error codes, which is the main piece of information I needed. Awesome. I'm sure that's my fault too. Edited February 27, 2023 by Glenn Brooks
Glenn Brooks Posted February 27, 2023 Author Posted February 27, 2023 Man I owe you an apology for my frustrated response; I'm sorry. Regardless of the details, I had the model number wrong and you did try to help me. Thank you.
Team Samurai Son of Samurai Posted February 27, 2023 Team Samurai Posted February 27, 2023 I appreciate the apology, and I wish I could help more. Unfortunately, Bosch has neglected to provide an error code document for this model. It's a pain when the manufacturers withhold info from us techs, but it's sadly quite common. Anyone else happen to have a list of the error codes for this machine?
Glenn Brooks Posted February 27, 2023 Author Posted February 27, 2023 Upper oven is giving an F33. Google says over temp, but couldn't directly link that with the model.
Glenn Brooks Posted February 27, 2023 Author Posted February 27, 2023 Update: just looked at the unit. Tech sheet inside is just the wiring diagram. Customer called Thermador Customer Service and they said F33 is a cooling fan error, but also said they didn't need a model number because the codes are "all the same". I don't know about that. I ended up referring them to the warranty servicer. They might take off on a wild goose chase, but I'm not going to! 1
