The ice maker in my Samsung fridge model number RF27T5201SR/AA stopped producing ice.  The fridge is cooling and freezing fine   Reset button chimes but does nothing.  I removed the ice maker and found the ejector rake imbedded in the cubes.  I rinsed it out and reinstalled it in that position.  I didn't press the reset button and waited. About 2 hours later, it dropped a batch of ice cubes but then nothing for 24 hours.  I pulled it out again and the ejector rake was again imbedded in the cubes and stalled out.  I have read plenty about what does not fix this. Does anyone have a fix?  I have not replaced any parts but from what I read a new ice maker won't fix this.

Any solution to this problem ever found?

No, haven't seen a reply other than your question. Oddly enough, I left the ice maker turned on and about 2 weeks later it started producing ice again. I was reluctant to even pull the container.  I'm not quite sure how the optics work in there in terms of shut off. It worked great for months and months. Last week it stopped again this time, I pulled the container and found it all frozen up, has seen all over the internet. I defrosted it and it's working again but I'll be damned if I know why
