Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Using manuals available close to this have tried walking customer thru flow check test. He said dryer will not enter the test mode. I am running call this week and would like to have the correct manual.  Thank you!

If you after the flow sense test have the customer run the install test in the owner's manual:

Thank you for the assistance. Turns out I way over thought this one. Turned out to be 24' of wet lint in the duct. Customer told me when house was built they put siding over duct, after he figured that out and had repaired I'm sure the venting was plugged. I cleaned 24' of wet lint from duct.
