Richmond, CA. Currently preparing for my final in the MST Core Course. Been learning on my own, flipping appliances and doing a few service calls over the past year and a half. I'm hoping to find a tech willing to train me. Looking for flexible/part-time because this will be a second job for me. I currently work as a trade show installer and stagehand in and around San Francisco. I have my own tools and van. My availability depends on the convention/trade show schedule which is feast or famine. I often have long periods between jobs or at least several days. Maybe you can train me for a bit and when you feel comfortable, I can do routes when I am available. If you are looking for a dependable, quick learner with a strong work ethic, let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. There are always a lot of companies hiring around me, but I'm not trying to get a full time position. I have another job, but I want to do Appliance Repair on a part-time/on-call basis. My job provides benefits, pension and good pay. But, we do have periods where there is no work, sometimes for a couple weeks. If I respond to an ad, they want full time. They will start me at some entry level wage and that's not going to cut it. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
