Samsung RF23HCEDTSR Leaking From the back no Ice in bottom

My fridge started leaking water from the back side where one of the hoses enters the refrigerator. I have added a picture of the piece (on the right hand side) that is leaking. Is this a valve issue or something else? The front portion is operating normally and still gives water. I have uncovered so you can see better. The water leaks from all around he black box portion. It also does it when it sounds like the machine is trying to fill the ice tray with new water. Thank you!

That tube may be filled up with ice. It has a heater that goes bad. When it tries to fill, the water has nowhere to go. Is it making ice?

This is a notorious issue with this model.

no it is not making ice anymore. so the heater goes bad, the ice blocks the path and the water has no other place to go? makes sense.. where exactly is the heater?

The heater is wrapped around the tube, looks like foil tape
