Kenmore Elite Gas Range 665.78003801 Range Surface Burner Orifice Holders

Parts diagram labels them all "2", but parts lists refer to "2a", "2b", etc. Some parts descriptions refer to "right front", "right rear", etc, but not consistently. There seem to be 3 types - center, left front and the rest. Anyone have definitive part numbers for each position?

The original part list shows where they go - ie rf, lf - etc.  Then google the part number for pictures of the base to confirm it is the correct one.
