I am working on KitchenAid french door refrigerator ice maker.

model # KRFF300ESS01

Ice maker is located at freezer compartment. tested ice maker is good. but not filling water valve hums but no water. I checked water pressure is good and there is no ice build up inside  pipe.  unit has two valve. water come from home to first valve then goes to water filter.  from water filter  two other pipe came one goes to water dispenser valve and other  to ice maker valve.

thanks

Cycle the ice maker and check for voltage at the first valve's coil and at the icemaker coil on the second valve. If both valves have voltage when the icemaker calls for water the second valves icemaker section is not working. You can confirm by disconnecting the incoming tubing to the second valve, put the tube into a container then cycle the icemaker to check for water flow. If that flow is good then reconnect the incoming tubing, then disconnect the out going tube to the icemaker - rerun the test.  No water flow - bad valve. If there is water flow the tube to the icemaker is blocked.
