I don't normally see this, but it looks like Bosch hasn't put out any tech info on this one. No service manual, no schematic. Unless anyone else has something for this, we might be out of luck.

Bosch doesn't even put out a parts diagram for this. I have a document that may match, but I can't upload pdf files (which are all that I have).

Almost all of the files we have on the site are PDFs -- if you go to the Downloads section and click the Submit a File button, you should be able to upload it.

You can also just send me the file via the contact form, and I can upload it for you.
