Hello I am working on a Kenmore 106.51762 510 circa 2015.  This unit is a SXS Whirlpool with an evaporator in the FF section.  The FF evaporator fan is intermittently not running.  It will stop for a day of so and then run for about a week just fine.  The FF section stays at about 50 when the fan doesn't run.  I installed a new fan as I had 14 VDC at the fan plug when I tested it.   But it is still doing the same thing as before.

Thank You

Are there any reasons for the board to shut the fan off.  Open door? Or evaporator temp? For example.

You have a fresh food compartment thermistor and a  evaporator thermister . If either is out of spec the board can tell the fan to shut off , or you may have a bad Gemini board.

I would start by checking the thermistors with your meter by doing a voltage drop test at the board. You should have 5vdc

Or remove the thermistors set them in a glass of ice cold water for about 5 minutes with the tail end out and take a ohms reading (your tech sheet should have the temp reading chart on it .

If the thermistor check out good you might have a bad Gemini board (main control)
